Fabulous Friday Finds
Marv and I Started out early this morning in hopes of finding some fun sales. We decided to head out in the country to a sale that sounded interesting. I knew we were taking a chance as one can never tell by the ad in the paper. We were not disappointed. This time we ended up at the most incredible sale and there was only one other person there. We had our grand baby in arms along, so I had hoped for a non pushy type of sale, yeah!! We found lots and lots of great old furniture along with some fun unusual smaller items as well. We Loaded up our loot and I forgot to take pictures, Marv covered and tied our treasures in the back of the truck so maybe I'll get some photos when unloading tomorrow. We did take an after shot of the furniture I left behind. Here are some of the smalls I got. Most of the load will go to Coburg for the Coburg antique show. This is a fabulous show if you haven't been there.

Hi Cathy..I found you from over at Cottage Industry. I grew up over in Eugene/Springfield area..actually Marcola. Loved all your finds.....I miss that whole area for garage sales..we live over in the Bend area now. I have that same little cocker spanial planter..I found it in Indiana of all places. If you don't mind I will be bookmarking your site on my blog. cherry
Is that an old post office box? Fabulous!
Love the old croquet set too!

I have heard so much about Coburg, but I think Im going to miss it :(
Looks like you had some awesome finds this past weekend, it seems to come in waves for me! I actually found a whole town having garage/estate sales this weekend, it was really neat!
Have a good week,
Stephanie
Hi Becca, Yes i got several of these old postal boxes with the locks and keys. They are pretty fun. I'll be selling them at Coburg.
I just love it when I hit that one sale with all of the stuff and it's even better when I can browse-no pressure!
The post office boxes are pretty cool! It's been years since I was in Colburg-bummer that it is so far away-

Looks like you hit the jack-pot! It's always fun to get there before the crowd arrives! Talk to you later!
Hey Kathy!! We hope to get down there to see you in the next couple of weeks. I am sure Joe will be calling to see if you are going to be around. And thanks for the nice comment on our blog!!

Wow! Looked like that sale was a winner! Wish I had good sales like that around here!
This is too funny, I live in the same town and googled the antique fair and found your blog. I have been to some shows that you have been at. The funny thing is this was my in-laws yard sale.
